Volans Tequila is crafted at El Pandillo Distillery in Jesús María, Jalisco by Master Distiller Felipe Camarena using highland agave grown at 6,800 feet in Los Altos. Its distinctive flavor comes from the purest waters—harvested rain, deep well water, and a local spring. The name Volans honors the flying fish constellation, a symbol deeply connected to the story and vision of the founders, Cristina and Chad.
