This inaugural 656 Bottle release, Extra Añejo from Tequila Atanasio marks a historic milestone for the brand, its very first venture into ultra-aged tequila. Crafted with extraordinary patience and intention, this limited release represents the deepest expression of Atanasio’s artistry. A blend of four carefully selected barrels aged for 3 years and 3 months in American oak with a medium char, the tequila was then rested for an additional 2 years in stainless steel, allowing its character to settle, unify, and reach exceptional elegance. The result is a delightfully refined Extra Añejo with rich layers of oak, agave, spice, and silky maturity.
